Dr. Cavan
Brunsden - Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Brunsden was formerly an
elementary school teacher and assistant
principal. He completed his dental degree at
the University of Medicine and Dentistry of
N.J. where he graduated as a member of OKU,
the national dental honor society.
After a two-year pediatric
dental residency at Montefiore Hospital in
New York, he joined our community a
pediatric dentist in 1981.
As N.J. State Chairman of
Children's Dental Health, he is a strong
advocate for children's dental health care
education throughout the state as well as
right here in our own community.
Dr. Brunsden is dedicated to
providing an environment of positive dental
health experiences for children.
Dr. Nancy L.
Villa - Orthodontist
Dr. Villa grew up in Jersey
City and became interested in the art of
orthodontics while working as a dental
assistant. She attended Rutgers University
and received a bachelors degree in science.
Next, she received her doctorate of dental
medicine at the New Jersey Dental School.
Following dental school, Dr.
Villa completed a two year post-graduate
program to become a specialist in
orthodontics at Montefiore Hospital and
Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New
York.
Dr. Villa is a trustee for
the NJ Dental Association and past president
of the Middlesex County Dental Society.
She provides orthodontic care for adults and
children.
Dr. Daniel
Cohen - Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Cohen grew up in
Middletown, New Jersey. In his free
time, he enjoys baseball, and is truly an
avid sports fan. In fact, he has had an
opportunity to coach athletes for various
Special Olympic competitions.
He is a graduate of
Georgetown University. Dr. Cohen completed
his dental training at the University of
Maryland. He then completed a specialized
pediatric dental residency at the Lutheran
Medical Center in Brooklyn.
Dr. Cohen is also very
involved in the field of Pediatric Dentistry
and belongs to the following professional
organizations: The Academy of Pediatric
Dentistry, the Academy of General Dentistry,
the American Dental Association, and the
Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity.
Dr. Tara
Savage - Orthodontist
Dr. Savage grew up in Old
Bridge and has attended several of the
finest educational institutions, including
Old Bridge High School and Princeton
University. She then received her
doctorate from the University of Medicine
and Dentistry of New Jersey as well as the
New Jersey Dental School.
Dr. Savage continued her
education at the University of Connecticut
School of Dental Medicine where she earned
her Master's Degree in Orthodontics and
received the Thomas M. Graver research
award.
She is a member of the
American Association of Orthodontics, the
New Jersey Dental Association and an active
member of the Middlesex County Dental
Society.
